Serving you through caring for your land…

If you live in wooded areas of California, Nevada and Oregon you have likely seen the toll that has been taken by recent drought conditions coupled with the beetle borer infestation.  Recent wildfires have added to the destruction many areas of the region have faced in the last few years. Homes have been leveled, trees have been ravaged, leaving what remains susceptible to disease and invasive pests.  We recognized the need to bring the abilities of the timber industry and resource management field together in one place to serve landowners, businesses and utilities protect their investments while bolstering the security and natural beauty of their property.  Wildfires have shown us that the work doesn’t end at the edge of a forest. P31 Enterprises exists to serve you and your property.  The Chinese have a proverb which says, "The best time to plant a tree is twenty years ago.  The second best time is today."  Today we can begin the process to make your land majestic again in the future.
